The taste of ligurian tradition
Our family-run restaurant reflects the flavours and aromas of the Ligurian culinary tradition, such as cima alla genovese, battered vegetables, farinata, first courses with pesto (trenette, gnocchi, trofie, lasagne), pansotti with our walnut sauce, the famous rabbit alla ligure, baccalà alla genovese or in batter and much more.
Our lunch and dinner menus
We pay special attention to our hotel guests and offer a choice of 3 first courses, 3 second courses, hot side dishes, vegetable buffet and dessert or fruit. Both at lunch and dinner there is also a choice of meat and fish. Finally, we have gluten free dishes for celiac customers and we are also prepared to offer alternatives for customers with other food intolerances.
